One of my favorite examples is the story of Andy Gardner.

He's a young man who works with Merrill Lynch.

They say that they've got probably more people

every year who earn a hundred thousand dollars as much as any other company, maybe

more than any other company in America.

And he said to me, he's now an assistant by President with him,

and he says, Zigg, they literally come in all sizes,

they come in all shapes, they come in all colors.

They're extroverts and introverts.

They're male and female.

They have tremendously varied educational backgrounds.
