| 0:58.6 | spiritual ways we should be thinking about the goals that we do set. So let's just jump right in. |

| 1:06.4 | invaluable and healthy and just all around a good thing for a marriage. |
| 1:11.2 | Well the first thing that I thought of was security. You have the security and marriage and |
| 1:15.3 | in your relationship because you know where you're going. A good friend of mine when we were |
| 1:19.2 | talking about raising young kids told me you know your kids will ask you throughout the day. |
| 1:24.4 | What's next mommy because they want to know and when you have the answer for them when you can |
| 1:28.7 | supply them with a strategy and a place that they're going or a thing that they're doing they |
| 1:34.8 | have peace and they have security and knowing that well mom knows what's going on. Dad knows what's |
| 1:38.9 | going on. And so when I look at that in regards to marriage I just think like how much security we've |
| 1:44.0 | experienced in our own relationship even when things were rocky because we knew where we were going. |
| 1:48.6 | We knew what was coming next and we knew how to prepare for it. Yeah and we have a friend that |
