The signal.

It's incredibly easy to overlook the beauty that surrounds us.

The black mirror in our pocket demands our attention, promising to show us what we could have,

who we could be, and that anywhere is better than where you are now.

An artificial longing for a place that doesn't exist,

just one more scroll, and maybe you'll find it.

Or maybe you just need to go outside,

touch grass, and tune in to the magic that's always been there.

You don't have to go to the desert to see a flying saucer and you don't have to go to,

you don't have to leave your backyard to find something strange and wonderful and mysterious and beautiful.

It'll find you.

It will.

And like being in a place like this or really like any number of places in the state, it's everywhere.

Our love and obsession with this state and the place that we live is everything that we're trying to do,

trying to re-contextualize and get people excited about the place that they live

and the people that live here

and the stories that they tell.

There's so much that just goes unsaid

or gets forgotten about over time.

And I think that's just kind of the natural cycle of, you know, as people come and go,
