Heart Health has become a priority in my life since my incident last summer, which happened

Fortunately, I didn't have a cardiac arrest or a heart attack or anything of that nature,

but I do have a cardiologist in my life now.

And I've actually got an appointment next month.

I'm keeping up with my appointments.

Everybody needs to keep on top of your own heart health.

But as part of American Heart Month, we wanted to really emphasize the importance of taking care of

your heart and what to do in an emergency situation when you see someone in distress, either suffering

from a heart attack or cardiac arrest. Because believe it or not, those are two separate things.
