That's right, it is Go Birds Radio. No James Seltzer today sadly, but I'm Elliot Shore Parks.

0:28.2

We're here with my man Ruben Frank. We got Eagles practice later today, but with you from one to three to talk about everything we've seen so far in camp. What's going on, Ruben?

0:36.2

Yeah, and we'd like to thank James or for Rich Jack Fritz for doing the pregame.

0:43.2

Yeah, for doing the pregame for our show. Yeah, whatever is in the game.

0:46.2

We appreciate it. Yeah, Jack Fritz and Rob Ells for doing our pregame show. So this is the main event now. But yeah, it's great because we did a shift a few weeks ago.

There wasn't a whole lot to talk about, but we're three days in now three very eventful days of training camp. There's a lot to talk about. We'll take your calls. We'll talk Nick Sireoni, Jalen Hertz. There's a lot to get.

1:08.2

If there's a player you're wondering about, give us a holler and ask about them because.

1:12.2

Yes, we've been out there for three days now and Lake Roob said if there's anybody you want to know about two one five five nine two ninety four ninety four will take your calls. Talk about any players you want to.

1:21.2

But the first thing I wanted to ask you was because I think my biggest takeaway from the first three days outside of Jalen Hertz.

1:27.2

And I have a lot to say about Jalen Hertz. I've been tracking every throw as you know you see me out there with my with my pen and my pad right and down every throw.

1:34.2

But to me, the biggest question about this team coming into camp was Nick Sireoni.

1:39.2

I think it's still the biggest question. Yeah, for sure. I look three days doesn't answer doesn't answer any questions. But coming in it was, you know, will he be a thoretafe enough?

1:46.2

Is he a good head coach? He's never called plays never been a head coach through three days. I've impressed with the camp he's running.

1:52.2

I think it's been for a couple reasons. One, I think Nick Sireoni is running a tough, a tough camp so far.

1:59.2

But to me, it really said a lot that the first drill they ran of training camp was 11 on 11 red zone first team versus first team.

2:07.2

He talked a lot about competition and wanting it to be a competitive environment. He set that up. Also, even though they have not had pads on yet, I think it's been physical practices guys are getting knocked over guys are going to the ground.

2:20.2

Probably, you know, the offensive players aren't enjoying it as much. But Jonathan Ganon said this week when we talk to him that he likes that he has a head coach that allows him to be competitive like that that once the practices to be competitive.

2:31.2

And finally, the last thing I really like about the camp so far is so we're out there today is Saturday. We're out there on Friday. The days are already blending together a little bit.

2:40.2

We're out there on Friday. It wasn't a good practice and the eyes and Nick Sireoni and I've been covering nine camps now. And he stopped practice pulled them all together and talked to them and tried to say to them, look, practice is not good enough. You need to pick it up.

2:53.2

And then after practice, the players said, yeah, we notice a difference afterwards. So you're seeing the players respond to him. You're seeing him be competitive and you're seeing him run the camp. I think he wants to run into me. That's been incredibly impressive.

3:05.2

Yeah, I agree. I'm surprised how short the practices have been and they're not padded up yet. They're not allowed to be. So we'll see if they get longer. I would think they will. They should they need to.

3:17.2

But they're very efficient practices. They're almost I don't want to say chip Kelly paste because that was kind of breakneck. But they're quick paste. There's not a lot of standing around their efficient. They're very well organized.
