Today is Wednesday, May 20th, and this is your daily Go Birds morning update, giving you all the Eagles news you need to know, as well as what to keep an eye out for today.

I had an interesting Tuesday. Did a lie detector test on WIP, got asked a few questions, and I'll be honest. Not a biggest fan of lie detectors. I feel like it's...

Look, ton of respect for the guy that did it. A ton of respect for the fact that I guess it's used, but like just seems like not very me. So, anyway, uh, the lie detector's test said it was that I was lying about Jalen being the top player on the Eagles. Well, guess what lie detector test? I think you're wrong. I think Jalen is the best player on the Eagles. I still believe that, but man, what a day to, it was pretty funny. the guy was like reading the results i felt like i was

on mori where it was about to be like you are and i thought he was going to say like that it came

across truthful and i was like yes and then unfortunately the guy like waited and was like it was

deceptive i just i don't get it but regardless if jalen's not the best player on the Eagles, I'll tell you this much.

Maybe it's time to look at the most important players on the Eagles.

And this idea actually comes from somebody from the Goberds Insider,

my guy Jake, who's been a member for a little bit now.

And his idea was, who are the players most important to the Eagles' success this season?

So pretty slow newsday on Tuesday. There was, wow, didn't even mean for that to rhyme.

There was some of the AJ to Jacksonville talk, but again, like, I think that's mostly just

speculation. Could he end up on Jacksonville? Of course. Like, anything's possible. But I firmly believe he's going to end up on New England. I don't think he's going to end up on Jacksonville. And if he's traded somewhere else, I don't think it'll be to Jacksonville. But you never know. I just, I don't think we should buy into the idea that the Jags are in on AJ or anything like that. I think he's going to end up in New England. I think the Patriots are expecting to trade for him. I think if another team were to jump in, the Patriots would probably up their offer. And I think when you have like a bit of a handshake agreement in place with a team, and it certainly seems like the Eagles do with the Patriots, that you stick to that. And I think he will end up a Patriot. So despite the Jaguars talk, fully expect AJ to be a patriot. And look, two weeks from today, it could be over, right? Two weeks from today, I believe, will be the third of June. And maybe it doesn't happen on the first. Maybe it doesn't happen on the second. But if it gets to day three, I think we're looking at AJ being traded. I don't think

the Eagles will want to drag this on. So today, AJ aside, since really nothing else happened
