Today is Thursday, April 30th, and this is your daily Go Birds morning update,

giving you all the Eagles news you need to know, as well as what to keep an eye out for today.

I am in on the WIP Morning show this morning with Joe and of course James Seltzer, our buddy James. So

tune in. I'm sure we'll be talking some Flyers hockey. But of course, if I'm there,

we'll be talking Eagles, Phillies, and all that good stuff. But actually my initial thought

here before we get into the Eagles things,

is actually Sixers related. So obviously the Sixers, unbelievable game five win in Boston.

So I was full transparency. I was interviewing Jordan Matthews. Go check that interview out,

During the game, I had my phone on Do Not Disturb, wanted to be fully locked in. The interview

ends. It went almost an hour. So when it ends, I, you know, end the interview and I go and see what

the Sixers score is. And to be completely honest, I thought I was being tricked. Like when I saw that they won, how much they won by, and the amount of points Joel had, I was like, there's no way this is correct. I texted my friends being like, am I being fooled? Like, what's happening here? But what a win they had in game five.
