See, what's funny.

I, when I was in L.A., I stayed at a hotel and just breaking news. And they sent out emails for five straight days prior

to being like, we're having a fire alarm test. Excuse me, at 9 a.m. the morning I was leaving.

So I wasn't going to be there so it didn't matter.

Five emails like every day. I'm just like, relax, yo. Like, just do it. So I agree with you, except I do think that like you got to think about it from a customer service perspective. Like one or two is fine. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. I guarantee you this is from past experience where they sent out one and then they sent out to people complain and they're just like you know what we're just going to send as many as we can and for the least because people still complain there are definitely people who didn't see the email you're right the thing in the main like they're just trying to mitigate their complaint you're just never going to satisfy i agree i agree but i think it's probably less annoying for people to get a few extra emails and then maybe see it than it is to wake up at five in the morning
