I tend to feel worse after a nap.

I don't understand, like, when you wake up after an hour and a half, like you're grogier than when you went down. Somebody's got to teach me how to nap because without the technique, I'm just not doing it. Mikey, it's because you're asleep for an hour and a half. That's why it's only supposed to be like 20 minutes. Like it's a nap. It's not asleep.
