When I see Mendoza in the silver and black, and, you know, that facility feels like the empire, and it's Al Davis, and it's really evil and it's roguish.

There's such a contrast there because he is such a Boy Scout. And I mean

that as a compliment. He feels more like Luke Skywalker, a young farm boy episode four

Luke Skywalker with the moisture farmers and he's trying to meet up with his friends and frustrated,

but not frustrated. Like, this is, there's a point when Obi-Wan is talking to Yoda, and he's like, that boy is our last chance. And Yoda's like, no, there is another. But there isn't another. That is the last chance. That has, there is no twin of Mendoza that we know might also have the force. And if he doesn't work out,

and don't tell me it's Kirk Cousins. Kirk Cousins is not Princess Leia in the situation. Kirk Cousins is more of an Obi-1 himself. There isn't another chance. Mendosa has to work. He has to be great. He doesn't have to be great this year. I mean, like, what I'm really excited about it, Mendoza's. I'm excited about

2027 Mendoza.

Second year Mendoza is I'm excited about 2027 Mendoza.

Second year Mendoza. Second year is the new fifth year for quarterbacks right now. But it is

amusing to me to see him be so wholesome and so positive and so constructive. And here we go.

We're going to be so great. And it's like it's behind this black and silver edifice of evil and the dark side. It's great. He's a perfect fit for it. Crosby, that's a Sith right there. That is a full touch with the dark side evil. I'm going to destroy your quarterback. The rest of the Raiders, I don't know. I know they got one Sith who's forced choking everybody, and they got a young farmboy from tattooing by way of Bloomington, Indiana, by way of Cal Berkeley, by way of where the hell ever, whatever galaxy he's part of.

Mendoza has to work.

And everything I've seen so far is that he will work, albeit we've seen next to nothing.

But I'm excited about it anyway.
