Let's start with the first round draft pick for the Carolina Panthers.

Ted McMillan.

He's going to be a guest later today on Inside Training Camp Live.

A great wide receiver.

He's a California kid.

Hopefully he's getting along with great with Bryce Young, his quarterback.

How is Ted McMillan

adjusting to life in the pros? Well, Jamie, first of all, it is California love. They both were South Cali kids, Tedro McMillan and Bryce Young. And it's interesting because Tetaro is the way he wants to go by his name and T-Mack. He said his mom didn't name him, Ted. His mom doesn't unlike Tet. So we're going to go with Tetaro or T-Mack. But for him, the big thing that they are wanting to see is, can he be that big body receiver they drafted him to be? 6-4 and a huge catch rate he's down the field, large hands, large catchability. And I talked to their general manager, Dan Morgan. He said he's been everything we

anticipated when we drafted him. Ted McMillan, Tedd-McMillan has talked about wanting to

improve his physicality. He was honest saying the first few days of camp, the DBs got the better

of me. They're pressing me on the field. They're giving me a little bit more than I was used to

in college. And so the last week he has responded. He has shown a little bit more than I was used to in college. And so the last week,

he has responded. He has shown a little bit more physicality. And when he's got opened down the

field, he's shown that in breaking routeability, those hands that they really love about him.

And Bryce Young and him are starting to build that bond for them. And so I can't wait to watch

him in practice today. And look, I know the regular season, still about four weeks away, but I'm picturing that Jaguars, Panthers game, you got Travis Hunter, you got Teddard, Redmond, the top two receivers in this draft. They played each other in college. I can't wait to ask T-Mack, how he is going to get the better Travis Hunter. We're already starting up here in Carolina.
