We're going to start here with the severe weather outbreak.

We had damaging tornadoes.

At least 10 reported from Texas to Indiana and a trail of destruction.

Alex Perez joins us now from Kankakee, Illinois. Alex.

Hey, you're just a terribly long night for so many here across parts of Illinois and Indiana.

You can see behind me all those down trees. Many homes are damaged.

Some are completely destroyed. This powerful storm rolled in overnight and created a path of destruction.

Now, from above, a drone video shows the magnitude of that destruction.

In Lake Village, Indiana, officials say two people were killed in the aftermath of the storm.

At least 10 tornadoes reported from Texas to Indiana.

There were at least 45 tornado warnings across seven states.

Powerful winds and massive grapefruit-sized hail in some spots damaging homes and vehicles.
