We're going to start with the Alec Murdoch appeal.

Attorneys for the former South Carolina lawyer convicted of killing his wife and son are now

arguing that he deserves a new trial. And Jeney Norman is here with Moore and Jene. This

has taken so many twists and turns already. It absolutely has. And as for this twist and turn, his team has a couple arguments for why they say he deserves a new trial,

including they say the judge improperly allowed certain evidence and testimony to be included in his murder trial.

The most glaring of the evidence was about Murdoch's numerous financial crimes for which he was then convicted in a separate
