They're going up and down the beach here in Nagset and really throughout the Outer Banks. All day, we have seen people come out onto the beach. They want to take a look at the waves. No one should be in the water right now, regardless of your experience level. But I spoke with the lifeguard here who told me he's even concerned about for those people who just come out to stand on the beach. He's worried that a big enough wave can come up on shore, knock someone down and sweep |
