We are going to begin with a verdict in the Corey Richens murder case, a jury finding the Utah mom accused of poisoning her husband and then writing a children's book about grief, guilty on all counts.

Guilty of aggravated murder.

A jury taking just under three hours to convict Utah mom of three, Corey Richens, of murdering her husband, Eric.

We the jury unanimously agree that the prosecution has proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

The homicide was committed for pecuniary gain.

Richens found guilty on all five counts.

During the trial, prosecutors painting Corey Richens as a black widow who poisoned her husband

with a fentanyl lace cocktail in order to take his money.
