But first, we want to start with a bombshell and the Blake lively, Justin Baldoni legal battle. The judge tossing Baldoni's $400 million defamation lawsuit. So this is a major development in this back and forth legal battle that we have all heard so much about. It has captivated attentions and created so many headlines. A week ago, Baldoni's lawyers claiming a legal win after lively, voluntarily withdrew her claim of emotional distress.

Now, she's celebrating the ruling that she says defeated Baldoni's, quote, retaliatory lawsuit.

This morning, a legal victory for Blake Lively.

A judge dismissing Justin Baldoni's $400 million counter suit against Lively and her husband,

Ryan Reynolds, as well as this $250 million

lawsuit against the New York Times. Our client, as were we, was thrilled with the results.

But I think the most important result is that people understand retaliatory defamation lawsuits

are not okay. No one has to be silent.

Lively first filed a complaint against Baldoni

with the California Civil Rights Department in 2024,

followed by a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and retaliation
