about this new study that's taking a look at how screen time can impact the sensory

development of toddlers.

Yeah, so this just published in the journal Jama Pediatrics going to get the attention of

anyone with a small child or a baby. Let me take you through the findings.

They did a review of sensory processing data. I'll go into what that means in a second from about

1500 children ages one through three. What they found basically an association not

cause an effect between the amount of screen time and their odds of having a

sensory processing difference at 12 months they had twice the odds of a sensory

processing difference when they tested these children around 4 at 18 months for each additional

hour that odds rate went up by about 23% by two years of age
