Unfortunately, you hear, you both hear me talking about the emergency room.

Every day, it's getting busier and busier as our census grows.

Right now, across the United States, it seems like every ER doctor is experiencing the same.

I want to show you this map. So far, over 30 states are reporting high or very high flu-like

activity. And unfortunately, guys, we're likely just at the beginning.

So far, there are reported 5.3 million flu-related illnesses just for context.

Last year, the total season estimated 40 million.

So we likely have not yet seen that peak. One reminder that I often remind patients of,

we're not just dealing with the flu, RSV, and COVID, but also neurovirus. An important reminder,

it is resistant against alcohol-based hand sanitizers, so we have to remember to wash

our hands with soap and water.

So what about antiviral medications?

Yeah, that's also helpful and important, especially for my high-risk patients, and we

have some information here for those who might not remember.

We have Tamiplew, but there are other FDA-approved medications to treat the symptoms of blue.

They help to reduce the time that you have blue.
