As Americans head out to trick-or-treat today,

we should be on the lookout for special colored pumpkins

that have a special meeting when it comes to our neighbors.

The different colors of pumpkins represent different things specifically for kids so you see teal blue

purple just for everyone's awareness teal represents allergies so if you see a child

holding a teal pumpkin when they're collecting their treats you might want to

think about being mindful of their allergies possibly

even giving them a small toy or a colorful pencil for example blue means autism and so

you might notice that children who are trick-or-treating with blue baskets might be

non-verbal,

they might be older than you'd expect,

and so that's just something to be important to be aware of.

And then purple represents epilepsy, a seizure disorder.

And so you just might take care about bright lights,

scaring children.

I think these are wonderful assets to Halloween.
