We head into Memorial Day weekend. The first unofficial sign of summer,

and we've got gas prices high. Tens of millions of Americans

preparing to hit the road for Memorial Day road trips.

And Rebecca, you have all the news here on what sort of pain people might be feeling at the

pump this week. Yeah, and well, people have been feeling it coming into this weekend.

And we are now seeing oil prices climbing today after President Trump warned in a post for Iran.

The clock is ticking and they better get moving fast. An escalation there with his words calling into question that fragile ceasefire with Iran with the critical question now, what happens to the Strait of Hormuz? It's still unanswered and that has sent oil prices today above $106 a barrel. That flows straight through to the pump. The national average for a gallon of

regular is now $4.47. And it all comes. Like you said, Will, travelers are preparing to hit the

road in record numbers for Memorial Day. Drivers will now face the highest gas prices in four

years heading into that weekend. They are up $1.33 a gallon from last year's prices still rising. And of course,
