A new lawsuit in the Idaho College murders case, the families of the four victims now taking aim at the university where the killer was a student.

Hey, good afternoon. Will this case, of course,

gripped so much of the country for University of Idaho students brutally murdered by Brian Koberger.

And the victim's families have now filed a lawsuit against a different school. They're suing

Washington State University. That's where Koberger was once a PhD student and a teaching assistant.

They say there were several warning signs about his behavior,

that he was accused of stalking students and other women, and that the alleged school administrators
