She's been out in the elements all day on the quiet streets of New York, but the wind whips.

Yes, Rebecca, that is a very important ingredient.

But yes, this is the biggest snowstorm we've seen from Philadelphia to New York City in a decade at least.

Closing in on that foot and a half here, so lots of lots of snow on top of still some of those chunks that were left from what's been a real winter here in New York City.

But it wasn't just the foot and a half. There are places from Delaware up to Connecticut, Massachusetts,

Rhode Island, back to New Jersey and Long Island that are over the two foot mark. So we're

going to still be seeing this pull away. And it's really all about the afternoon and evening.
