is Joshi, right? Did I get her right? Feels good. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

Loving the setup we have here. We got couches.

0:56.0

So happy to have. We got water. I know. What do you need? Coming up, we also have Tori Johnson here. She has deals and steals to upgrade your home and your health. With everything, at least 50% off, we love a good deal. Like that's right. Also, head, are you a bear, lion, wolf, or dolphin?

1:12.0

I don't know. Those are actually different sleep types. And knowing yours can help you get a better shut eye. Medical correspondent Dr. Darien Sutton is going to explain it all and help you figure out what your sleep type is. I'm going to guess I'm a dolphin. I feel like a dolphin. Yeah, I'm a bear. Sounds about right.

Let's start off here with Hurricane Aaron, of course, the major storm now heading north.

1:12.3

Ginger, what's the track and timing because we see that satellite? It is powerful storm. And over the weekend it was cap five, then it was cap four. But major hurricane either way. As we head through tonight, we will see that turn to the north. And that is the key because it will then turn away from the islands and away from the coast, but it will get too close for comfort.

1:49.0

You see that front right there, that stationary front is what eventually helps it kick to the north and east away from the coast, but it is going to get way too close to the outer banks for our comfort.

1:58.0

And that's why erosion is number one concern, big time rip currents and high surf, but right there, that's the tropical storm force winds. As we see tropical systems head north, they become wider. They push more water, more wind, and so we could even see that extent. So tropical storm force winds are not out of the question. The other big thing is eight to 12 foot waves, not just for the outer banks, but South Carolina, up to the Jersey shore, even Long Island.

2:19.3

So this is going to be a big push. A lot of surfers are like, wow, that might even be too big for me. I mean, some of the biggest surf we've seen in a long time. That's today's rip current risk. You're going to see that whole thing turn red by the time we reach the rest of the week. the week. Wednesday and Thursday is when it passes to the east.

2:34.2

But again, I'm glad that it's not making an actual landfall. We're on the left side of it either way. Still one to watch. Pay attention to these alerts, especially if you're on the coast. We are going to be watching very closely. As Ginger mentioned, Hurricane and Aaron is expected to bring those life-threatening rip currents to the East Coast. Victor Akendo is on the Outer Banks, North Carolina, where Ginger said it could get dangerous there. Fears are that rough, it could cause beach erosion. Hey Victor. Hey, Rayan, and in just a matter of hours, Hurricane Aaron is going to start kicking up some of the surf that you see here behind us. By midweek, you just heard

3:07.5

what Ginger said. Could be up to 12 foot waves that we're dealing with here. So we are bracing for a

3:12.7

dangerous week up and down the East Coast, the potential for that life threatening for life
