even you start just feeling overall fatigue well light therapy is found to be effective

and this new study shows that it can even be helpful for the treatment of depression.

I want to show you some of these results from a new recent study.

It found that Light Therapy, when added to the regular treatment plans for depression

patients were able to be found to have a 60% improvement in their symptoms and

that 60% was significant many of the patients no longer qualified for a diagnosis of depression after this treatment.

And for those who didn't finish that qualification,

at 40% had decrease in their

symptoms and as little as four weeks. The key here is that you've got to be consistent if you use it. I am a proponent of this. I love light therapy. I think it's something simple, easy and accessible.
