E-cigarette sales across the country. Break this down for us.

Both of you know how I feel about e-cigarettes. And so when these studies come out, I am on them. I don't know if you know this. An estimated

1.6 million children are vaping currently. Majority of them 90% are using flavored products.

And this new report from the CDC and True Social shows us just how much those numbers have

changed in terms of sales in the past few years. So if you look at, for example, from 2019 to 2023, the rate of the sales has increased

by 47%.

The majority of these sales are flavored products, and I think that's where these products

are getting into hands of young adults, because that's one of the reasons why they're

so addictive.

It's important to know that these are not FDA authorized, so they're also illegal.

Despite the fact that harm is known, I think advertising is more powerful, and unfortunately,

many young adults are not realizing that.

So how do we bring these numbers down?

Yeah, so as an emergency physician, I come into contact with many people who are living
