We made it this far. But before we get out of here, we got to get into some stuff that

anyone with one of these is going to want to pay attention to because you're tracking this medical

headline doctor that says there's a connection or looking at the connection rather between

near sightedness and excessive screen time. What have we learned? This is a new study published today and you're

right. I think everyone's going to want to pay attention. The study finds an association between

screen time and increasing the risk of myopia or near-sidedness. So what is that? That's when you

can see things really well when they're close up. But when you look farther away, more than 20 feet

or so, it can feel blurry. And if you're looking at your screen, it might feel that way right now. But this is very much just in effect. This is what
