tragic one for her family. Yeah, so sad. Kelly had announced just a few days ago that she was going to

be postponing her Las Vegas residency. And then the next day, the news came out that her ex-husband and the

father of her two children had died. It's a very sad story dying at age 48 after a battle

with cancer. Kelly Clarkson and her family mourning the loss of her ex-husband and the father

of her two children. Brandon Blackstock died at 48 years old after a years long struggle with

cancer. His family telling ABC News, Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He

passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family.
