R.C. Sproul (1939–2017) was known for his ability to winsomely and clearly communicate deep, practical truths from God’s Word. He was founder of Ligonier Ministries, first minister of preaching and teaching at Saint Andrew’s Chapel, first president of Reformation Bible College, and executive editor of Tabletalk magazine.

0:10.0	alone. The scriptures tell us, salvation is of the Lord. And God is glorified in his plan of redemption.

2:17.2	And the very first question of shorter catechism. And the very first question of that
2:21.2	catechism was this question, what is man's chief end? Now, of course, the word end here does not
2:32.2	mean destination, but what is man's chief purpose for what end or to what end
2:41.3	were we created in the first place? And the answer to that first catechism question is this.
