announcement of Kindle Vela, a new way to

publish serialised stories on Kindle and only open to US authors at the moment. Now, of course,

those of us who've been around a while remember Kindle serials launched in 2012. And I particularly

remember Sean Platt and David Wright, two of the three at

Story Studio with Johnny B. Truant. And the Story Studio podcast, of course, is fantastic too. And they

used to do the self-publishing podcast. So we've all been around a while. Obviously, they've all

been on the show as well, a number of times. Many of you know,

Sean and Dave and Johnny. Anyway, back in 2012, they did Zed2134, which was a zombie thing, and

essentially they did it through the Kindle serials, but a couple of years later, pretty much

Kindle wound up Kindle serials, and Z-2134 is available as a full book.

But it was written as a serial, and the guys did a lot of serials in those early days.
