Israel enters the Jewish High Holiday season by beginning another lockdown in order to fight a spike in coronavirus cases. Starting Friday, in an attempt to avoid a large second wave of infections, schools, restaurants and hotels will shut down and Israelis will face restrictions on where they can go.
