Hello fellow rebel capitals hope you're well so we have some big news in the

housing market more specifically the rental market what we're seeing across the United States is evictions are

spiking in some cases to all-time highs and to levels that vastly exceed what we saw in 2019.

So, this has me changing my investment strategy.

I'm going to, I'm not married to one strategy in particular I

want to make adjustments based on the macroeconomic environment.

So what we're going to do is we're going to go over exactly what's happening

with these evictions and we're going to combine that with everything else that we see happening

in the news such as Powell basically coming out and admitting

that he's going to be dropping rates in September if not sooner

and then go over how the market usually responds when the Fed cuts rates.

Now when they're talking about cutting rates... bonds when the Fed cuts rates.

Not when they're talking about cutting rates,

but when they actually whole,

well, based on what happened this weekend,

I shouldn't say that.

When they actually decide to cut the rates,

then what happens?

Because there's a lot of misconceptions out there,

and this is what history is what has me changing up my investment strategy right now as we speak.
