I appreciate it. It. Before I start with the actual talk, I just wanted to, I just saw this on Twitter as I was waiting endlessly in the green room.

I thought you forgot about me.

So I was recently asked on a show, I was on a, I can't remember the name of the show,

but it was hosted by a British psychiatrist and at the end of the show he asked me a question that is this better?

He asked me a question that surprisingly no one had asked me in 30 years as a professor and that is what is the singular phenomenon of human behavior that has most surprised you in your 30 years career as a psychologist as a behavioral

scientist and so on. And so I had to pause for a second and then I thought well it's

probably the inability of people to change their opinions once it is anchored, irrespective of the amount of evidence

that you show them that suggests that they should maybe revisit their positions.

And to that point I wanted to, so this was a tweet that came out from the American Jewish

Committee poll of Jewish voters in the United States. So the exit

poll from the 2020 election, 68 for Biden and 30 for Trump.
