Entering the cargo elevator to reach the club.

When you're going up, you see the floors and the workers are working.

And then you hear the music going closer and closer and closer.

You get pumped up as you go up.

And then the two doors of the elevator open up and you see something that you wouldn't expect here in the heart of this industrial area.

You get into a space that's bright and colorful and the music is happy and going to a dark room where it's a bit more minimal.

Then going to the main space where it's a freaking festival.

Grand Factory is like our dreamt up Alessand Wunderland.

It's a bit like this world that we want to live in.

There's no place like Lebanon. There's no place like Beirut.

There's so much work to be done. There's so much darkness. There's so much destruction.

But it's like one of the most epic places ever.

Every night is like the last time.

I've come to one of the city's most important underground music spaces.

It's just reopened its doors almost three years on from one of the world's biggest non-nuclear explosions which destroyed a large part of the port and surrounding neighborhoods, including this venue, the Grand Factory.
