He's the assistant director of the J6 documentary Bloody Hill and is currently awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to a federal misdemeanor charge of picketing and parading in a capital building.

Sean, welcome to the show. Tell us about your legal case here, how it has evolved.

Well, I mean, over the course of the last almost a year and a half since I was arrested,

there's been a lot of negotiation involved

in it. I went in and I felt as though I had a very strong defense on constitutional grounds

for being there as a journalist. And as things moved along, it appeared as though I may have

violated some laws.

And the way they determined that was because I said,

brothers stand with us, like is in the clip there.

That was how they decided to charge me

when the DOJ decided to charge me.
