And as we were preparing to talk that felt like a very broad topic and it was, but it also feels timely to me because under the Trump administration, I think the world is shrinking in ways that are both healthy and quite frightening.

And Tish has an approach based on the time that she lived overseas in the year that she spent with her family traveling the world, which you'll hear more about in this discussion.

I think helps us all consider how we ourselves can cultivate a healthier attitude toward global citizenship and also share that attitude with children without getting overwhelmed.
