I'm taking weird delight in this story, even though it's not helping anything really.

The fact that all these sanctuary mayors and governors are falling apart and flapping their hands.

And screeching, this is untenable. We need help. This is a huge crisis.

Now that they've flooded with immigrants. Now that they're faced with any of the reality of having an open border. The border is secure.

How is the media never put that in Eric Adams face? Have they? If they haven't, I haven't heard it. Why doesn't somebody from the New York Times say to Eric Adams, the mayor of New York say the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security who controls the border says the border is secure.

The border is secure. What would you say to that? Yeah, or you proudly declared over and over again, you're a sanctuary city. Why are you now complaining?

Of course, you know, if I was a lying virtue signaling hypocrite, I wouldn't like drawing too much attention to that either. And so these politicians, and we've got a cavalcade of them, don't we?

Don't we somewhere? Nobody asks them that question. Yeah, here's here's Eric Adams and a bunch of other politicians whining about immigration actually affecting them now.

I am delivering an urgent and formal appeal to the federal government for intervention and action.

We need leadership from President Biden, period. We need that leadership right here in New York State because, you know, New York State is struggling.

We need the national government to stand up. This is not a New York City issue. This is a national issue.

The city of Chicago cannot go on welcoming new arrivals safely and capably without significant support and immigration policy changes.

The first gal was the governor of Massachusetts, then I think the rest were a self-evident who they were. But, yeah, the Shadenfreude, I'm not proud of it.

But, yeah, it's pretty delightful. But nobody's ever asked to account for that.

And then anybody who said the same things are racist like last year, what changed?

And then the fact that you've got that going on, while this is going on.

The federal judge has now ordered Texas to move those floating barriers to the shore.

The judge ordering the state to move them to the river bank on the Texas side of the river and not to put any more structures in the river until a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice is decided to make governor Greg Abbott says Texas will appeal.

So, anytime any state, and we've been seeing this for years, Arizona got in trouble with it when they had the men, men, militias or whatever trying to anytime any state or city actually tries to do anything about it.
