The Thwaite's Glacier in West Antarctica is not doing so great.

0:42.0

It's the largest glacier on earth at nearly 75

0:45.0

miles wide and it is thick like it's really thick. It towers over the bedrock anywhere

0:50.0

from around 2,600 feet to nearly 4,000 feet up, which is over 11 football fields high, and it's melting.

1:16.3

Right, we've reported on sea level rise before.

1:19.2

I know that two feet doesn't necessarily sound like a lot, but it could displace literally

1:23.8

tens of millions of people living in coastal areas. But that's just the

1:28.4
