One of the things that I have talked about

for so long is that I am the definition of consistent, but I want to tell you that sometimes

your definition of consistent does not always have to mean showing up for others. And I know

this can be such a touchy subject, especially if you were somebody that like myself

has been a people pleaser for most of your life. You are somebody who never wants to let anybody

down, but sometimes you have to be the person that you don't let down. I'm totally going to take a
