You're going to see a massive uptick soon in discussion around this, and you're going to hear some of that right here on

giving ventures. We're going to poke at it in a number of different ways. You know, it's a great

moment for the country. There are plenty of countries don't make it this far, and if they do,

it's often a radically different form than the original plan.

But the great vision document of America, the Declaration of Independence, still remains strong.

It had a great list of to-do action items, including kicking out a king, and we did them,

and the vision is still there for us to follow.

So how should we be thinking about the Declaration and our nation more broadly here at 250 years?

That is a question that a group of scholars and donors and influencers asked themselves last year

in a small group discussion in where else in Philadelphia.

And one of the leaders of that group is Jay LaPierre. Jay is a businessman, a generous

philanthropist to many liberty causes. He's president of Latrum, which is a diverse company
