I'm so happy to be sharing this guided prayer experience with you.

And I want to do something specific today in this guided prayer, and that is to pray a type of prayer that we are instructed and invited into by the ancient scripture.

It's simply called the prayer of Thanksgiving.

One of the things that I love most about this type of prayer is how simple and easy it is.

But oh, so meaningful, significant, even powerful.

I want you to, in your mind, almost get in like a boat or raft and float down this river of things you're thankful for.

And as you say thank you, each time you say thank you, let yourself witness on this parade of gifts and blessings, like this raft in the middle of a rushing river, see all of the things that surround you that you're thankful

for. Nature itself, breath, skin, sun, grass. nature itself. Breath. Skin.

Sun.

Grass.

Animals.

Leaves.

Mountains.

Sky.
