Summary

When jarrett was younger, he was given the advice to “give the gift that you would want to receive”. But now as an elder, he doesn’t think that’s good advice. And now that the official gift giving (and receiving) season is upon us, jarrett & Tre’vell dig into the complex and complicado of exchanging gifts. How do they feel about gift cards? Giving money? How much money should they spend on a gift for, say, their producer? Plus, Cafe de la Hue founder Donnie Hue Frazier tells us about some great gifts available in his shop as part of FANTI’s Holiday Gift Guide suggestions for supporting businesses that are Black-owned, POC-owned, as well as queer and trans businesses.
