All right, ladies, we have a wonderful treat for you today. We get to interview Jaron Soloff, registered dietitian and international board

certified lactation consultant. But the best part of all of that is she's also the author of the

post-needle cookbook, which just released in

December. And we get to introduce you to her and also hear a little bit about her book,

her background, and what that means for all of you. So, Darren, why don't you tell us a little bit

about yourself so our audience can get to know you better? Yeah, absolutely. Thank you so much

for having me. I'm really excited to be

here and chat with you both. I might tell you a little bit about my family and just a little bit about

me and then a little bit about how I got into where I'm at, if that's okay. Definitely. Yeah,

so I live in San Diego, sunny San Diego, which is wonderful.

We're jealous. Jealous. Jealous over here. Yes. I know, especially now during winter. And I have one nine-year-old daughter, a wonderful fiancé, and we have an adorable chihuahua.

Her name's Chloe.

So it's our little family.

And I practice as both a dietitian as well as a board certified lactation consultant

and really got here just as part of my own journey.
