Stop trying to see the full picture. If you could see the greatness that God has prepared for you,

if you could see the full picture, that full picture is so terrifying that that will put you into

paralysis. I have given up on this whole like, I've got to see the 10, 15 year vision. I see it fuzzy. You know, it's interesting. I tell you, I was in the Marine Corps, right? So in the Marine Corps, when you are learning marksmanship, you get your weapon, right, and you put it in the pocket of your shoulder, your little M16, and then you rest your chin on the handle right there. And you look down and there's a little stick at the end of your barrel. And when you are

taking a shot, you're not looking at the target. You're looking at that front site post. And what you

want is a fuzzy target with a clear front site post. You want a fuzzy target. The very thing that

you're trying to hit should look fuzzy. And the only thing that should be clear is the thing that's right in front of you at the end of your barrel. That's how you make the shot. So for those of you that are like, I need a vision. I just can't see it. I'm so afraid. All you have to do is take the first next step. And how we determine that is you think about the goal that you want to achieve this week.

What is a micro step?

And then a question that you can ask yourself is,

what would be good to have done?

And this what would be good to have done allows you to have a moment of future casting for yourself.
