Haley. Today's episode's just going to be what I know you needed and I think that we all need.

So I am very excited for today, but without further ado, let's get into today's weekly review.

This week, I have been really trying to prioritize consistency, really trying to eliminate the all-or-nothing mindset and realizing a little is better than nothing.

Consistency, I feel like, is something that we all struggle with.

So that's something I've been trying to prioritize working better on this week.

Another thing this week is I went to the farmer's market, got nice produce.

I've been loving getting produce at the farmer's market.

I just feel like it's so much more fresh and I just really love how it just tastes so much

better at local farmers markets.

And I also cleaned my entire place this week, which felt so, so nice.

When you get that nice deep clean in, it makes you just feel like such a more free space mind i truly can think

clear when i have a clear space lastly this week i have just been mentally preparing for another

blood test as you guys know i hate blood tests they are just the least favorite thing of mine. But I haven't had my period

for over a year and a half. So it's really self-care of myself to go take action into trying

to figure out what is the diagnosis, what's going on with me. I am looking forward to just getting

this last bit of blood work done so that I can find a solution and try to see what's going on.

Moving on to my current obsession.

My current obsession is protein pumpkin spice lattes.

What I mean by that is I will get a protein shake that's already made and it will be either a chocolate protein shake or a vanilla one and then

I'll pour it over a lot of ice with two shots of decaf espresso and then mix about two tablespoons
