Welcome to the Jesus Image podcast.

I'm just going to share a little bit, just from my heart,

some of the things that the Lord was putting on my heart recently,

and then obviously talk about Jesus and share the beautiful gospel with you guys. Before Michael even said,

what he just said, I was thinking just a lot recently just about how faithful Jesus is, how merciful

he is, how kind he is, how his mercy never stops.

And when I think about the loving face of Jesus,

I'm just overwhelmed with wanting to know him more than I know him now.

I don't feel satisfied. I feel like I need him now. I don't feel satisfied.

I feel like I need him more.

I feel like distraction, just being really real,

and my life has sometimes gotten the best of me.

And I want to go deeper into his presence.

And like Michael was just saying, I was thinking about that.

Growing up here in this building, which is again so surreal, I'm sorry that I say that a lot,

but you have to understand it still blows my mind that I get to preach about Jesus and see my kids preach in the same building that I fell in love

the first time.

It's just wild.

But I remember growing up really in the glory days, as we say, and really it was revival happening.

And when you have a taste of it, sometimes you can think that that taste will always be there.

And that's what I want to make sure none of us ever do for the rest of our life.

Never get conditioned to thinking that a move of God is something that we just should have in our midst every day.
