Listen to the scripture, Psalms 56 and verse 8.

You've kept track of my every toss and turn through the sleepless nights.

Each tear entered into your ledger and each ache written in your book.

Listen to that one more time.

God keeps track of your every toss in turn.

Through all, through all of your sleepless nights, every tear that you've

ever cried he takes track of, he records, and each ache he writes down in his book.

I want us to close our eyes in this moment,

and here's the question I want to ask you.

What's on your heart?

What's a concern?

No. Maybe with your eyes closed, you can imagine that concern.

Put that concern in front of you in your mind.

God is so concerned with what is weighing you down.

In fact, the scripture declares he's right there experiencing it with you.

He has been with you every minute and moment of it.

It means that we can be completely assured that God wants to help.

He wants you and I to put this very thing that's in front of us in his hands.

I want us now to thank God that this very thing that has our concern,

we can put this in his hands.

Say this after me. God, thank you. This is in your hands.
