Hotel room somewhere near Milan, very modern hotel,

Then to bed and to sleep.

Just awoken now on the morning of stage 18 no yeah stage 18 to an anxiety dream that just played out seconds ago just reached across to grab the recorder while it's still sort of fresh in the memory,

although I can feel it receding already.

Anxiety dream quite clearly.

It was the Grand Prix of the Tour de France in July.

Everyone was gathering in Leal.

A hustle and bustle.

It's kind of like patting my pockets to try and figure out where everything was,

the sense that something was missing, walking around Leal, up and down staircases,

long corridors with my backpack on my back, with all my bits and pieces in.

A slight sense that I'm up against it.
