We've had a lovely day.

That's a little throwback to Matt's commentary on stage 7 when we were wrapping up the stage of the endless

podiums.

Three quarters of an hour, if not an hour after the stage was finished yesterday we were

still talking and I'm running out of things to say big time I just gone quiet for

minutes and an end and Matt just to keep the conversation flowing, just clipped up with, we've had a lovely day.

And it made me laugh and had to button off.

It's great.

Anyway, here we are.

Oh, look at that in front of us. We have the huge, huge vision of the

Grand Sasso Masif in the Abruzun-Aper-Nine mountains into which we're heading today.

Glorious sunshine, proper almost tour of Francey temperatures today, Matt.

It's amazing.

It's got, my room was quite dark and I thought,

it's a weather a bit mood again,

threw open the shutters.

And I mean, this was the soundtrack to what was going on in my mind.

Absolutely gorgeous.

One of two fluffy clouds, just decoratively placed on the top of the mountains, blue sky, hot.

I've got a slight dab on.

We're both wearing jeans.

We should be in shorts.
