It's time

time for the Monday edition of Fighting for the Fade.

Monday, August 31st, 2009. Well up here in the

windiana we've already got the first signs that fall is about ready to fall.

It's upon us.

The trees know that winter is coming. Some of the liquid ambers here are already beginning to turn color.

And there's that cool, crisp night air thing going on.

It's like my favorite time of the year.

biblical discernment the goal of which is to help you to think

bibically to get you to think critically and to compare what people are saying

in the name of God to the word of God.

This is a very vital and important thing to do because Jesus warned us that in the last days it would be many deceivers if you would

scoffers people who uh... claim to be Christ or

claim to have a word from him but

uh... well they don't they're just making stuff up and so what do we encourage people to do get

into god's word don't just strip mine it for biblical principles that you think that you need to apply in order to please God in your life.

Now, understand this, obeying God is a very important thing to do. But we Christians don't do it at a coercion, we do it because

we've been given a new nature in Jesus Christ. We are truly buried with Christ and raised
