With more than 740,000 active members in counting, Girl Trick is the largest health movement and

non-profit for black women and girls in the country. They're on a mission to

inspire a million, yes 1 million black women to walk in the direction of their healthiest most fulfilled

lives by the end of 2020. I know my role in this movement is to acknowledge, learn, and

listen but also to keep sharing important stories.

So that's exactly what we're doing today.

Girl Trek kicked off their Black History boot camp series on June 1st.

The boot camp is an epic 21-day walking meditation sharing the stories and legacies of

legendary and revolutionary black women in history, women like Audrey Lord, Ella Baker, and Shirley Chisel.

Every day you can join Girl Trek founders Morgan Dixon and Vanessa Garrison as they hop on the phone and take a walk

to discuss who these women are and why everyone should know their stories.
